Dr. Arianna Molloy (Ph.D., University of Denver, CO) is an Associate Professor of Organizational Communication in the Division of Communication at 黑料历史. Dr. Molloy鈥檚 research focuses on meaningful work, work as a calling, and the connection between humility and burnout in the workplace. She is an award-winning scholar, having published in premier journals such as the International Journal of Business Communication, Communication Studies, Journal of Management, Spirituality, and Religion. She has also written for Christianity Today. Her first book, Healthy Calling: From Toxic Burnout to Sustainable Work, is available in paperback, kindle, and audio options. Her love for teaching is reflected in a variety of outstanding teaching awards and has been a guest for Yale鈥檚 Center for Faith & Culture on human flourishing in the classroom. In addition to being an active speaker in academic settings, Arianna works as a communication consultant for organizations such Chick-fil-A, In-n-Out, and Providence Mission Hospital, as well as business professionals, and ministries. Dr. Molloy鈥檚 areas of consulting expertise include: strategically developing presentational/speaking skills (both verbal/content and nonverbal/delivery); building a collaborative environment; increasing team success; as well as analyzing meaningful work, burnout, and preventative measures. She is originally from Seattle, Washington and is happily married to Dr. Allen Yeh, a professor of Intercultural Studies and Dean of ITS (International Theological Seminary).
